Pros

The massage roller works well on my sore lower and upper back. Works great for getting the knots out of my lower back after a good workout. Great for sore muscles and safely aligning back.

Plastic core is solid and the bumps are firm (but not hard) rubbery knobs. The egg crate pattern works great for digging in deep into sore areas. The nubs allow you to apply pressure to the tight spots, and add a very nice feel.

The roller is 13 which is a great size for tucking away in a bag. The size is perfect, it's light weight and compact to comfortably take anywhere. This jewel is 13-inches and at this size, it allows me to easily travel from race to race with it.

It is portable and travels in my backpack or suitcase. When i was stuck in an airport overnight due to my flight being cancelled, it also works great as a pillow.

Cons

No amount of twisting or rubbing is going to get a firm pressure on sore muscles.
