Both brands started out as a green powder but after two hours the nupur henna changed to a brownish color and had a gel like consistency that stuck to and coated her hair evenly

Sometimes it works better than others but even at its worse itll tint a dark red orange which isnt a big deal with the frequency i apply it and the amount of greys i have

Cons long process because you have to let it sit for 3 hrs before applying it and of course henna is always messy
