The people whose fountains leak is probably because you have to do a bit of work to get the top portion of the fountain along with the power cord to sit in the holes where it attaches to the base

Mine rotated at first when i used it but then quit after a day

Its simply because the pump is not strong enough to elevate the ball off of the base

Love the fountain but the top doesnt sit on the base level so the stream coming out of the hand doesnt always hit the ball and the ball quits spinning

The instructions arent great but fountains in general are finicky so you just have to play with them until they get going
