This is a good basic activity tracker with the added benefit of being the lightest available heartrate monitor when used with a garmin hr chest transmitter belt for very accurate hr measurement during a workout and the ability to look at the full record of heartrate recorded continuously on the device during a workout after loading the data wirelessly through ones computer or phone to ones account on the garmin connect website

The first one quit working after 5 months but it was replaced for free

The second one came off one day due to the fact the band did not have the securing device as my most recent vivofit2 has

Only bad thing is that i started losing weight and had to adjust the band often and eventually the band broke off
