Its not a terribly attractive band and the display requires external light to see it

It is a tiny bit annoying to have the display be horizontal on the band instead of on the side like the fit band

I have been very interested in tracking my sleep and this seems to do it well enough showing how much body motion that occurred through the sleep cycle

I purchased a teal colored band with my vivofit and that is the only reason im giving this item 4 stars instead of 5
