The arm band allows moisture from the backside but i have a very thin cover on my s4 so it doesnt get teh actual phone wet but if you were to put the phone in by itself and sweat a lot you might have a problem as s4 is very sensitive to moisture

The other thing pushing the buttons on the side is a little awkward but overall the device does work and im glad not to hold my phone when i run anymore

Sometimes when i order products online like these they do not exactly fit my phone and i have to squeeze my phone into it usually

Perhaps i am not sure how to use this but it is difficult to access my apps i have to press very hard

It fits the phone very well and still allows you to use the touch screen

Really awesome for working out but you have to remove the phone from any phone case or it wont fit
