The earbuds that come with it are crap though so i would recommend upgrading the earbuds to shure system

I think for one guy and a guitar these would work fine but you do get some static no matter how close you are to the receiver

If you are going to play in a band and that band has amplifiers then i would consider trying a higher end wireless monitor system or get a small personal monitor you can position by your ear on stage
