The video quality is excellent and the recording area is enough to cover the front of the car and the peripheral so if someone comes in from the side the camera will catch it

Id recommend it for an economical dash cam for recording driving action but i would look elsewhere for an always on type camera or for a vehicle that is parked more than it is driven
