The pins at the ends are the same distance apart

One thing to be aware of is that one side is a reflector so if it turns out that the reflector is facing the wrong way mine was out of the box you can twist the end caps 90 degrees in either direction to fix that

Instead of using a nonshunted tombstone and wiring load and neutral at one end these require a shunted tombstone at each end and load at one end to both pins and neutral at the other end with both pins

Did not like it but it is the only 24 led tube in 3000k warm white that i could find

The original lamp had a magnetic ballast and was wired so the bulbs are always on the on button energized the starter which lit the lamp and the off button momentarily broke the circuit
