The dress is well enough made for a costume though i did not launder it i wouldnt think it would hold up well to being washed with all of the external embellishments

The dress is itchy around the waist from the elastic which we all know is a big issue however to get around this all you have to do is put a cami or tank top underneath the dress you will not see the tank and it fixes the itch issue
