I use it with a ps4 and a nintendo switch and when each device wakes up the signal switches automatically to the right input

Maybe the remote useful for older device that dont fully integrate commands through the hdmi signals

The unit does need to be powered but at least the orientation of the block is to the side rather than down so you wont lose another power jack

The unit seems to perform okay shipping was a little slow almost 2 weeks to get here but it was said at purchase so not unexpected

The unit can also be installed in a cabinet and the ir received pulled outside which is nice to it being external

Only tried 1080p and lower no 4k or 3d

Currently it absorbs fingerprints extremely easily which is a fairly large downside although you rarely look at it
