Note that these do not support the 2560 x 1600 resolution as is noted in the description at least not with the 30 apple cinema display

They work fine as a standard thunderbolt to dvi adaptor at lower resolutions but not when you need the duallink dvi connection for the higher resolution that the 99 apple adaptor is for
