Pros

Now my foodsaver is back in it's rightful spot on the counter. This foodsaver works much better than the other 2 that i, purchased. I bought this one and couldn't be happier.

Meats and dry stuff- perfect. Makes it possible to buy fresh items in quantity & seal them for later. No freezer burns on meat, easy to seal left overs so no waste.

Cons

The unit is only good for my food storage containers using the hose. Really terrible of vendor to sell this piece of junk. Bought in august 2021 and stopped working on june 26, 2022.

The 2nd one not quite 2 yrs and quit vacuuming. The rest of the time, it seals before anything vacuums.

This machine is a piece of junk. This is truly disappointing and i am concerned about ever purchasing any equipment through amazon again. Do not waste your money on this junk.

Foodsaver is easy to use and vacuum seals food perfectly

Stopped working after 3 years but it turned out to be the seals which are easily replaced

I have bought two of them now and both failed

This is a great value for your money

Easy purchase good price fast shipping

Food saver makes a vac sealer that doesnt require this wait but it costs more than twice as much

If you ever thought of getting one this one is definitely worth spending the money

Packaging/appearance

Opened up and tried it out last night repackaged some previously frozen food just to get the hang of the new machine

Also worked good when i was packaging chickens

I tried a different brand which was very nice very briefly

I purchased a more expensive brand so it would last
