It actually can make you feel like the contents inside are not hot at all because it is literally room temperature on the outside of the container

The only complaint i have about this tea tray insert is that since its so small and shallow if i dont fill the cup up all the way with hot water it doesnt actually work as the tray has to be submerged in the water for the tea to actually steep

It seemed very odd that there were pictures of people without a thermos in their hand and the text that was actually on the box was very small
