As i wrote to the seller i felt an instant difference with the first capsulesubsequent ones even with an additional capsule a day somehow fell short on the purported health benefits

Ive tried all kinds of things from herbal sleep aids otc sleep aids magnesium niacin zinc etc but all dont seem to work
