Pros

Cheesecake pushed up and out effortlessly and perfectly. Comes out perfect everytime. Fat daddios is a very good line of products, and this one did not disappoint.

It's a really sturdy, quality pan and my cheesecake baked up beautifully. The pan is well-made and sturdy. It is what made it so easy to bake and remove from the pan.

Never have to worry about the pan rusting. Even the pan i left soaking in vinegar overnight works just fine.

Cons

This one-star review is for amazon, not the pane. My gripe has to do with when i took it out of the package and removed the round label. The product leaks.

It's so hard to sift through the completely unrelated stuff amazon shows you these days. The bottom insert of this 7 x 3 fat daddio's cake pan is warped. Including the rim it is closer to 8 inches making it too large to fit in my air fryer.
