Pros

No more guesswork on when things are done. The outside unit is on the oven door with large, easy to read numbers. I appreciate this because it allows me to get the most sulphoraphane out of my broccoli sprouts.

Cons

Alarm starts to sound and it will not stop. Then it resets entirely and you have to go back and reset the settings. Mem/s/s button cannot be used to turn the alarm off, or to start a count-up timer.

Not buying another one of these. Do not waste your money. I'm just glad that i didn't pay the full original price.
