Pros & Cons
Pros
The core p5 allows the pc's graphics card to be mounted away from the motherboard, using a ribbon cable to connect it. It seems to be well made, and works as if the graphics card is connected directly to the motherboard. Currently running an nvidia ti... Read More
Cons
The pcie riser cable is defective. Mounting holes are incorrect. Female slot was placed to close to the mounting hole. Would not work on high end card on an x58 pcie gen two slot. When signal is lost, the only fix is to reboot.
Highlights
Quality
Build quality is excellent and no noticeable performance loss from the cable either
I recommend this vendor for fast shipping and a quality product

Its probably easily fixable but the advantage of having everything in black means i cant see it anyway especially with the ligh... Read More
Packaging/appearance
Simple packaging that kept everything safe and with some basic paper work this is all that was needed
Competitiveness
If you buy a thermaltake core p5 case this is the cable you want if you are running 2 video cards
This is way better than thermaltake cheap cable
Do not get thermaltake riser cable
Working to relocate my video card on a dell oddball pc

From what ive read cheaper cables may have poor solder connections and may damage your components

Well the riser cable included with that case looked nice and seemed of quality build but it was evidently not working as intended and upon googling it there were many other people struggling to make it work so i was forced to plug my card directly into the pcie slot after being hyped up for that
