Every capsule looks properly prepared with the ground up berry extract it claims to have. I pair this with havasu’s dhea because it also helps to boost hormones that typically decline as we age. Good size pill.

Cons

Don't bother with this product and stick to traditional medicine, imo. These give me day long stomach aches and heartburn. Ingredients listed are exactly the same.
