It seems that the choice of plastic for the racks allows lateral expansion so the racks stick after heating

Has a back to front fan rather then bottom up this makes items dry more evenlyvery solid builtthis is a rather silent version while it does make noise its none more than a nice computer fan

We have friends who have purchased other models by other companies and complain about how long dehydrating takes and how inconsistent it is most heat from the bottom and if you dont regularly move trays around results are horrible
