Art director, photographer and page layout people should all be fired. Customer service for the meal plans is non existent. Threw the book in the trash on top of the discarded food.

The instructions for the shiitake miso soup instruct the reader to increase the temperature of the miso included ingredients to the point where they are about to boil

Sometimes a little added fat is needed for flavor or to keep baked goods from drying out but thats a choiceadjustment the cook can make
