Pros

The exercises are deceptively easy, and it's important to follow the simple instructions very closely and relax your face and body except the muscles you are working. Just having exercises that i know will improve my skin, make it healthier.

Eva has many loyal followers and looks fabulous for her age.

I'm thankful when i can set aside the time just once a day, so that works for me. No complaints (except about my forgetfulness).
