Pros

Color blends well to my eyebrows. It gives a natural looking eyebrow not a harsh, tacky, theatrical looking eyebrows.

Cons

The brow pencil breaks even when you lightly press it against your brows to fill them in. The color is a bit reddish. Yet too reddish for my brownish-red hair.

The company has a non-returnable policy, and i can see why. Trashed it. And now i find it is not eligible for a refund.
