Although ive heard those readings in general are not very accurate i do think that as long as you are using the same method regularly you can see if you are making progress or not based on how the numbers change

That has nothing to do with the machine but more with your body composition when you take the measurement

Seems to be accurate based on 67 years of weekly weighins and caliper tests and the profile is much smaller than our previous bf scale
