I no longer get huge, painful blisters that require me to take time off from running to heal. Overall, one very happy runner" read about the trick in runner world.

Former waitress. After researching ways to prevent blisters, i was directed towards this product. I completely recommend them to everyone who gets blisters or rub spots on their feet.

Cons

Save your $17. These are non-refundable. These things are basically just ducked tape. These have no cushion. They are just small, thin vinyl stickers with no padding.
