You are supposed to use the styrofoam packaging as the base to hold the unit but i found that the down rod would lean scratching the outer polished metal finish of various parts

Wiring if youve never wired your own switches you should probably hire someone thats certified

You can change the dipswitch toggles to alter the frequency but nothing worked for me until i moved that speaker

Im disappointed at the wireless control and lack of handheld remote and also that the unit will only accept candelabra bulbs a19s with adapters will not fit in glass dome
