I have no complaints, my condolences to those who didn't have such a good experience. Packaging quality, yes.

These spray vials are surprisingly well made
I was extremely impressed with the quality
I noted no odors of any kind but disassembled every unit and soaked in soapy water 12 hours

Packaging/appearance
Packed three for a recent trip 2 in with my toiletries 1 in my pocket
The dropper that came with them was looked like it was just shoved in the box and was all bent up
The container on the bottom was actually glass which i didnt expect
Came with some tools for filling as well

None leaked but there were several that got liquid in the threads when i put the caps back on so it seemed like they were leaking
