It works well but if you have a case that is too thick i found the phone will tend to slide off of it

It works well in a slim case but not completely sure how well it would work with something like an otterbox defender or other type of thick case

Lastly its lightweight which means you have to hold the stand as you remove the phone so the chord doesnt lift the stand up when you remove your phone
