Perfect for chronic migraine sufferers and sensitivity to light. Help keep brain from getting zapped with bright wakeup light. Nice for cutting down on all-day glare and the accompanying headaches.
Always tradeoffs. Fits my wide head (again asian-ness) snug and doesn't cause strain. Good for kids or a skinny head.
It's a small price to pay for being able to do anything i want outside without having to squint or look down at the ground. If you play water volleyball these are a must have on those sunny days. And when you get splashed these will still be worth it.... Read More

The frame tilts down instead of up. Thru jackson green-green lenses, red lights & blues are blocked out. Do not try to weld with these.

Blocks enough light so your eyes doesn’t hurt but not completely where you’re not able to see to adjust red light therapy light settings

That being said they do scratch easy but are really cheap so that kind of balances it out
