Pros & Cons
Pros
This product solves that problem. Received one as a gift a year ago after bringing home a bunch of salmon from a fishing trip. Outstanding product and company.
Easy * feels great in the hand and just wont quit. Ease and confidence it provides to remove even the smallest of those harpoon that all commercially sold seafood products seem to have.
Broad edge is finely machined. Makes deboning salmon easy. If your a fisherman having one of these is a must.
