The display is quite small and this procedure is a little fiddly as you have to hold the device in the solution while turning a screwdriver and watching the display

I’ve no means to test its accuracy but it seems to work and i suspect it probably performs a lot better than cheap litmus paper where you have to match colours to a chart to get the ph

If you dont do this your readings will be off as tap water is not neutral
