These are nice insoles if your feet are small im size 7 and they fit well in my shoes they are narrow so if your feet are wide it may not work

They make my shoes so much more comfortable and they are perfectly sized with size 10 feet i find most insoles are uncomfortably small

These were technically not the right size

Even though they are smaller than they are supposed to be thats ok because i just needed the heel support and it seamlessly flows downward toward the toes so you dont even feel the edge of the insole at all
