This remedy is working for mei have been taking the remedy for the last three weeks i have no hot flushes and i can finally sleep again for the entire nighti used to wake up every three hours because of the hotnessi used to have really long hot flushesi also used to have period cramps with no periodi still get the cramps but their intensity is manageableit is great to find a product that works so welltoo bad it doesnt work for all of usi also tried menopause formula made by harena maristhat did not work for me
