Got this and a few other ones for my wife she is having arthritis in her knees and the korean drs recommend like 4 over the counter things and wow is it helping the cortisone shot helped but within a week using a cain the ama has not approved this treatment yet probably no money from big pharma but look it up on the internet and most have a translation button if you don read korean
