Pros
I suffer impingement of both shoulders and can’t walk around with a bag of peas stuck to your shoulder so decided to get this.
Even when left in freezer for week, it is still flexible. Comes with fancy information leaflets, etc in package.
Cons
Would really appreciate a refund or replacement pack. This is just disgraceful! Never buy from them again. Cannot get through to seller.
The product splits after roughly 15 uses (ie use then freeze then use again). The gel is so thin and only stays cold for a very short period of time, unlike previous gel packs i have bought. Unfortunately, i find they don't stay cold enough for very l... Read More
The elastic bandage is badly affected by the pulling the velcro off. The velcro is also weak and the gel pack keeps falling out of the little poach. Because it is elastic it stretches as you move and sometimes slips down.

I also like the instructions on how to use it are on the actual gel pack so you dont have to keep all the packaging

Needs to be stored into an actual drawer rather than the door shelf for it to get really cold
