Im 52 and the pillow is a bit too high for my neck to be straight when lying on my side

The density and firmness concerned me at first but after sleeping with it i realize that it needs that firmness and stability in order to take the pressure off the shoulder enough

I found that i need a stretchy pillow case so that there is slack in the cutout areas underneath where the arms go

My only complaint is that the zipper broke off of the included pillow case the first time i tried to remove it for washing
