    I got a good laugh when i noticed that as a product made in china there were directions for use in chinese as well as a paper with instructions for sending the clock back but all in chinese

    The one battery needed is a aa battery not a c battery as stated in the product description

    It works for us and the directions are classicall in chinese characters with aa and lightsnooze and onoff inserted here and there

    It does not tick loudly and the dial light is bright enoughto see but not too bright
