So this device is a super easy way to stick a memory stick in your computer pc or mac put files on it then stick it in your phone and transfer music movies etc or backup the phone or videos etc

Drag your finger from the top down to pull down your notification menu and click usb for file transfer touch for more optionsorthe menu might say usb for charging click it and select the item that says file transfers transfer files to windows or mac mtp you might get the message unsupported usb drive in this case i was using an old 4gb memory stick that i rarely use

I was able to read and copy files from the memory stick but was unable to write to it or save files until i used android to format it

After formatting it with my phone i was still able to read and transfer files to my pc as the format android used by default was fat32
