The nonstick coating as i always experience with nonstick does chip off some only where the rack touches the base of the pan

Ive had a non stick cuisinart for a while but 1 you dont get decent browning with non stick vegs kind of steam themselves and 2 the cusinart is relatively flimsy thin and doesnt conduct heat as well
