At first i did remove about half of the chaffs and that was quite comfortable but ive now removed quite a bit more so i think im down to maybe 13 of what came with it

This is a somewhat heavy pillow in that when you lift it up it definitely isnt as light as a feather pillow

I have tried several pillows that have county else but they were at quickly and the thickness of the pillow does not allow for positioning of my head to where i can use my bipap mask

I bought one of the cpap pillows with the dipsholes in each side before i bought this one and it just didnt work for me
