I know sweats occur during menopause, but i know what my triggers are so i avoid those foods/drinks. Thanks for the excellent formulation. Capsules open easily, herbal powder can be mixed in applesauce or yogurt if desired.

These are like super calmers that help my mind and body relax enough to sleep. With this supplement i sleep so well and wake up fully rested. I'm less tired during the day and noticed my mental clarity has improved.

But when you see supplement facts section it has only 125mg ashwagandha. Other ingredients still has very low amount. Staying on 1200 calorie diet and exercising but no weight loss even with this product.
