Pros
Made a tremendous difference in morning stiffness in my neck. My neck feels so much better after ditching the spintek pillow. I have fibromyalgia and have lots of pain eveywhere.
This stays on top of the wedge exactly where i put it. I'm a back and side sleeper and it's great for both.
Cons
The stitching makes the depression in the middle off center. It is like too much of the filling is on one side as a result of the stitching. Lying on your side hurts your ear and your face is kind of smooshed into the side where the pillow rises up.
The policy offers a 14 day return period but should you dare to open or try the product you will be assessed an undetermined open-ended restocking fee. This is not up to par with amazon's vendors and i will not be purchasing again from this vendor!
Just go with a regular contour pillow at half the cost. Terrible company policy and pillow.

After a couple of weeks of this while feeling the the old pillow was more comfortable the quality of sleep was vastly different
Im hoping the quality has remained the same as so many items these days seem to lack longevity
