Very happy and very satisfied with the excellent customer service

However even with the ratchet construction i had some difficulty keeping the size consistant

The good packaging and pictures are a definite plus
I did put my cookie sheets out on the front porch to cool down it is december before i pressed a new batch on the sheet

After reading my review they sent another press free of charge and it did include the piece to make heart shaped cookies

I used a basic sugar cookie recipe and although they looked great after they went into the oven they turned into plain flat round cookies again
