Pros

Headless macs can be accessed remotely at 8 megapixel resolutions. If you want to run a headless mac mini and screen share from a large monitor or 4k tv, this is the way to go.

Cons

The adapter will only go up to 15hz refresh rate at 4k. The refresh rate is super low so it's useless if you need to actually remote into the machine you're using it on. It is just useless.

I am really bummed about it and have to return these. This is decidedly against their product description and marketing claims. Especially if marketed as a 4k product with such claims. Ultimately the bogus product description for this 4k emulator is a... Read More
