I suspect this must be a common practice for this seller. Extremely bad policy for a defective product. I'm sure there are reputable folks out there, this just isn't one of them.

These toner cartridges have difficulty producing a cleanly printed page. Print feels rough and jagged, and occasionally smears.

The toner cartridge apparently makes the printer think the printer cover is open (when it's not) and it often refuses to print for this reason. It causes paper jams every time i print something and causes every single page to jam.
