Pros

This is easy to wear, it helps with housework, doing dishes, etc. It is not at all bulky like all of the other ones i have purchased. I love the tighten up straps that lets me decide how tight.

Back brace helps to stabilize and support my back through these activities. I rely on the strength of my back because i am an avid gardener. I also provide caregiving help to my mother.

Thank you for the great workmanship and for the timely delivery. It is all you advertise and made very well!

Cons

The velcro band does rub the skin. The metal rods inside that provide the support move around too much and i had to constantly take it off to readjust them.

The product is non-returnable (at least through amazon). Quality of materials is subpar compared to brace-up and mueller.
