I would have given 5 stars except for the need to periodically tighten the arm bolts that work loose and cause a creaking sound

I had a minor issue with the casters and offered to pay for replacements but since the chair was still under the one year warranty the company is replacing the casters for no charge

For some reason i am hard on casters and usually i have to replace them after 6 months but these lasted a year and undoubtedly would have lasted longer

As far as i am concerned they do not stand by their product and have a shell website to divert customers

I am now going to buy another chair which is frustrating as far cheaper chairs have lasted longer than this one

A few days ago the bolt securing the left arm rest to the seat sheared off so it finally had to be replaced
