Pros

Stonewash is great, no complaints. This is just my own personal preference. The prize for the quality is amazing. No issues for my use.

The crkt squid is small enough to fit very comfortably in the bottom of my pocket; it is large enough to function as a full sized working knife. It weighs as much as some knives i have that are twice the size. Good pocket clip.

Crkt is a brand that makes excellent and dependable knives. I know a lot people do not like crkt or thier knives. The d2 models are my fave!

Cons

There are some things that would make this a great edc. Sadly, this knife rates no better than a meh from me. How is it a “liner lock” if it’s all liner, crkt?

The friction involved in opening the blade is substantial enough to kill any momentum. You need a steady pressure on the thumb stud to open it, along an unnatural motion for your finger. The belt clip is way to stiff and creates a hotspot from the end... Read More
