Since tracing the image can take a long time it makes sense to have the phone hooked up to a power along with the hdmi adapter

And remember if your phone is a bit older you must connect the 2nd usb plug to a power source or it wont work

I will admit the usb cable that must me plugged in is short but samsung says when you are streaming out to tv you need to have it charging or the battery will deplete in no time

Only gripe is you have to plug in the usb cord in every time you use it or the android wont recognize the hdmi output
