Pros

Natural instincts is a non-permanent product that gradually washes out your hair. The softness of your hair afterwards alone is well worth it.

Cons

Much darker than expected. My entire hair-do is a light grey. I think i may have to invest in a wig while waiting for this to shampoo out.
